10x short strips corpus (324 x 60 x 18 mm), Glattkantbr. spruce
Express wood glue
2 x feet (320 x 44 x 44 mm)
2 x lid / bottom panel (700 x 360 x 18 mm), glued spruce

4 x internal struts (400 x 44 x 44 mm), planed timber
4 x JD Plus Universal screws (3.5 x 30 mm)

10x long strips corpus (700 x 60 x 18 mm)
2 x cover retaining strips (575 x 60 x 18 mm)


1st step
Insert two inner struts parallel to each other on the floor. Place five short strips out flush with the outer edges of the inner quest. It is recommended that the top and bottom short bar hang up first, the other three short strips then distribute evenly (at about 2.5 cm distance) between them. Wear on the overlapping surfaces to wood glue (please note the manufacturer's instructions) and press the strips firmly on the inner struts on.


2. step
Turn the construction and screw the short strips to the inner quest with 1 x Universal screws (4 x 50 mm) on each side. Drill the screw before always. Insert the narrow side of the thus finished wooden box aside and repeat the previous steps for the other narrow side of the body.



3. step
Set showing the two narrow sides of the wooden box in an upright position, the short strips outwards. Insert a long bar at the bottom between the two narrow sides of the wooden box, flush with the ends and the bottom of the short strips. Gluing the overlapping surfaces and attach the upper long bar on the same principle.


4. step
Now you can attach 3 long strips between the just glued strips. The position of the slats is determined by the short bars.


5. step
Attach the long strips flush with the short strips on, you glue the overlapping surfaces and screw the bars each from inside through the inner quest with 1 x Universal screws (4 x 50 mm) on each side. Repeat these steps for the other long side of the body.


6. step
Then put on the construction of the ground from the top sides flush. Attach the bottom with 1 x Universal screws (4 x 50 mm) on each inner strut. The screw is in each case at a distance of about 4 cm from the outer edges of the floor.


7. step
Now you can hang up the feet on the floor and (4 x 50 mm) fasten with 2 x Universal screws at the bottom. Align your feet on the ground like this, that you have about 2 cm from the long side and about 4 cm from the short side of the floor. Then, set the finished body to his feet.


8. Working Step
Take the cover at hand and fasten the retaining strips, each with 2 x Universal screws (3.5 x 30 mm) on the lid. The retaining strips should be positioned on the lid so that you have about 6.2 cm from the short side and about 2.0 cm from the long side of the lid. Drill following a the finger holes in the lid. To do this, select a Forstner drill with a diameter of 25 mm. Position the grip holes at a distance of 18 cm from the long side and a distance of 10 cm from the short side of the lid.


9. step

The wooden box is now completed and can be stained or otherwise treated. Please refer to the respective manufacturer's instructions.
